Goods and Services Tax Act 2014 s 145

The Tribunal shall make or cause to be made a written record of the terms of— (a) every agreed settlement reached by the parties under section 140; and (b) every decision made by it under section 144.
Keputusan dan penyelesaian hendaklah direkodkan secara bertulis
Tribunal hendaklah membuat atau menyebabkan supaya dibuat suatu rekod bertulis bagi terma— (a) tiap-tiap penyelesaian yang dipersetujui yang dicapai oleh pihak-pihak di bawah seksyen 140; dan (b) tiap-tiap keputusan yang dibuat olehnya di bawah seksyen 144.
