s 148 Appeal to the High Court
Any party aggrieved by the decision of the Tribunal shall have right of appeal from the decision of Tribunal to the High Court on a question of law or of mixed fact and law.

Mana-mana pihak yang terkilan dengan keputusan Tribunal hendaklah mempunyai hak merayu ke atas keputusan Tribunal ke Mahkamah Tinggi tentang persoalan undang-undang atau fakta dan undang-undang yang bercampur.
