Goods and Services Tax Act 2014 s 160

(1) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, prescribe any supply within or between the designated areas and any goods or services supplied to, imported into or exported from the designated area to be chargeable to tax. (2) Any order made under subsection (1) shall be laid before the Dewan Rakyat.
Kuasa Menteri untuk mengenakan cukai
(1) Menteri boleh, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, menetapkan apa-apa pembekalan dalam atau di antara kawasan ditetapkan dan apa-apa barang atau perkhidmatan yang dibekalkan ke, diimport ke dalam atau dieksport dari kawasan ditetapkan supaya dikenakan cukai. (2) Apa-apa perintah yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah dibentangkan di hadapan Dewan Rakyat.
