s 79 Ruling not applicable when provision of the Act is amended or repealed

A ruling shall not apply from the date a provision of this Act is amended or repealed to the extent that the amendment or repeal changes the way the provision applies in the ruling.

Suatu ketetapan tidak terpakai dari tarikh suatu peruntukan Akta ini dipinda atau dimansuhkan setakat yang pindaan atau pemansuhan itu mengubah cara peruntukan itu terpakai dalam ketetapan itu.
