s 95 Attempts and abetments
Any person who attempts to commit any offence punishable under this Act, or abets the commission of the offence, shall be punishable with the punishment provided for the offence.

Mana-mana orang yang cuba untuk melakukan apa-apa kesalahan yang boleh dihukum di bawah Akta ini, atau bersubahat dalam pelakuan kesalahan itu, hendaklah dihukum dengan hukuman yang diperuntukkan bagi kesalahan itu.
