Public Sector Home Financing Board Act 2015 s 1
(1) This Act may be cited as the Public Sector Home Financing Board Act 2015. (2) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette and the Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different provisions or Parts of this Act.
Tajuk ringkas dan permulaan kuat kuasa
(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam 2015. (2) Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta dan Menteri boleh menetapkan tarikh yang berlainan bagi permulaan kuat kuasa peruntukan atau Bahagian yang berlainan Akta ini.
