s 28 Annual estimates
(1) The Chief Executive Officer shall, not later than one month before the commencement of each financial year, lay before the Board an estimate of the expenditure of the Board including capital expenditure for the ensuing year in such form and containing such particulars as the Board may determine.
(2) A copy of the estimate referred to in subsection (1) shall be sent to each member of the Board not later than fourteen days prior to the meeting before which the estimate is to be laid.

Anggaran tahunan
(1) Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif hendaklah, tidak lewat daripada satu bulan sebelum bermulanya setiap tahun kewangan, membentangkan di hadapan Lembaga suatu anggaran perbelanjaan Lembaga termasuk perbelanjaan modal bagi tahun yang berikutnya dalam apa-apa bentuk dan mengandungi apa-apa butir yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga.
(2) Sesalinan anggaran yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) hendaklah dihantar kepada setiap anggota Lembaga tidak lewat daripada empat belas hari sebelum mesyuarat untuk membentangkan anggaran itu diadakan.
