s 35 Delegation of powers
(1) The Board may, in writing, delegate any of its functions and powers, other than its powers to borrow moneys and raise fund under this Act to—
(a) the Chairman or other member of the Board;
(b) a committee; or
(c) an employee of the Board.
(2) The Chairman, other member of the Board, a committee or an employee of the Board, as the case may be, delegated with such functions or powers shall be bound to observe and have regard to all conditions and restrictions imposed by the Board and all requirements, procedures and matters specified by the Board.
(3) Any function or power delegated under this section shall be performed and exercised in the name and on behalf of the Board.
(4) A delegation under this section shall not preclude the Board itself from performing or exercising at any time any of the delegated functions or powers.

Pewakilan kuasa
(1) Lembaga boleh, secara bertulis, mewakilkan mana-mana fungsi dan kuasanya, selain kuasanya untuk meminjam wang dan mendapatkan dana di bawah Akta ini kepada—
(a) Pengerusi atau anggota Lembaga yang lain;
(b) suatu jawatankuasa; atau
(c) seorang pekerja Lembaga.
(2) Pengerusi, anggota Lembaga yang lain, jawatankuasa atau pekerja Lembaga, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, yang diwakilkan dengan mana-mana fungsi atau kuasa hendaklah terikat untuk mematuhi dan mengambil kira segala syarat dan sekatan yang dikenakan oleh Lembaga dan segala kehendak, tatacara dan perkara yang dinyatakan oleh Lembaga.
(3) Mana-mana fungsi atau kuasa yang diwakilkan di bawah seksyen ini hendaklah dilaksanakan dan dijalankan atas nama dan bagi pihak Lembaga.
(4) Pewakilan di bawah seksyen ini tidak menghalang Lembaga daripada melaksanakan atau menjalankan sendiri mana-mana fungsi atau kuasa yang diwakilkan itu pada bila-bila masa.
