Public Sector Home Financing Board Act 2015 s 36
The Minister may give to the Board directions of a general character consistent with this Act relating to the performance of the functions and the exercise of the powers of the Board and the Board shall give effect to such directions.

Menteri boleh memberi Lembaga arahan yang bersifat am yang selaras dengan Akta ini yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan fungsi dan penjalanan kuasa Lembaga dan Lembaga hendaklah melaksanakan arahan itu.
