Public Sector Home Financing Board Act 2015 s 37
(1) The Board shall furnish to the Minister such returns, reports, accounts and other information as the Minister may, from time to time, require. (2) The returns, reports, accounts and other information shall be in such form and contain such particulars relating to the proceedings and policy of the Board and any other matters as the Minister may, from time to time, specify.
Penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat lain
(1) Lembaga hendaklah memberi Menteri apa-apa penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat lain yang dikehendaki oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa. (2) Penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat lain itu hendaklah dalam apa-apa bentuk dan mengandungi apa-apa butir yang berhubungan dengan prosiding dan dasar Lembaga dan apaapa perkara lain yang dinyatakan oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
