Public Sector Home Financing Board Act 2015 s 40
s 40 Representation in civil proceedings
Notwithstanding any other written law—
(a) in any civil proceedings by or against the Board; or
(b) in any other civil proceedings in which the Board is required or permitted by the court to be represented, or to be heard, or is otherwise entitled to be represented or to be heard,
any person authorized by the Board for that purpose may, on behalf of the Board, institute such proceedings or appear in such proceedings and may make all appearances and applications and do all acts in respect of the proceedings on behalf of the Board.

Pewakilan dalam prosiding sivil
Walau apa pun mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang lain—
(a) dalam mana-mana prosiding sivil oleh atau terhadap Lembaga; atau
(b) dalam mana-mana prosiding sivil yang lain yang dalamnya Lembaga dikehendaki atau dibenarkan oleh mahkamah untuk diwakili, atau untuk didengar, atau selainnya berhak untuk diwakili atau untuk didengar,
mana-mana orang yang diberi kuasa oleh Lembaga bagi maksud itu boleh, bagi pihak Lembaga, memulakan prosiding sedemikian atau hadir dalam prosiding itu dan boleh membuat semua kehadiran dan permohonan dan melakukan segala perbuatan yang berkenaan dengan prosiding itu bagi pihak Lembaga.
