Public Sector Home Financing Board Act 2015 s 41

s 41 Obligation of secrecy

(1) Except for the purposes of this Act or any civil or criminal proceedings under any written law or where otherwise authorized by the Board, no member of the Board or committee, or any employee or agent of the Board, or any person attending any meeting of the Board or committee, or any other person, who for any reason has, by any means, access to any information or document relating to the affairs of the Board shall give, divulge, reveal or otherwise disclose such information or document to any person. (2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.

Obligasi kerahsiaan

(1) Kecuali bagi maksud Akta ini atau apa-apa prosiding sivil atau jenayah di bawah mana-mana undang-undang bertulis atau jika selainnya dibenarkan oleh Lembaga, tiada anggota Lembaga atau jawatankuasa, atau mana-mana pekerja atau ejen Lembaga, atau mana-mana orang yang menghadiri mana-mana mesyuarat Lembaga atau jawatankuasa, atau mana-mana orang lain yang atas apa-apa sebab mempunyai, melalui apa-apa cara, akses kepada apa-apa maklumat atau dokumen yang berhubungan dengan hal ehwal Lembaga boleh memberikan, membuka, mendedahkan atau selainnya menzahirkan maklumat atau dokumen itu kepada mana-mana orang. (2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun atau kedua-duanya.
