s 10 Tenure of office
(1) Subject to such conditions as may be specified in his instrument of appointment, a member of the Board shall, unless he resigns or vacates his office or his appointment is revoked, hold office for a term not exceeding three years as determined by the Minister and shall be eligible for reappointment for a term not exceeding two years.
(2) If a member of the Board dies or resigns or vacates his office or his appointment is revoked, a new member shall as soon as practicable be appointed in his place and the member so appointed shall hold office for the remainder of the term for which his predecessor was appointed.

Tempoh jawatan
(1) Tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam surat cara pelantikannya, seseorang anggota Lembaga hendaklah, melainkan jika dia meletakkan atau mengosongkan jawatannya atau pelantikannya dibatalkan, memegang jawatan bagi suatu tempoh yang tidak melebihi tiga tahun sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Menteri dan hendaklah layak untuk dilantik semula bagi suatu tempoh yang tidak melebihi dua tahun.
(2) Jika seseorang anggota Lembaga mati atau meletakkan atau mengosongkan jawatannya atau pelantikannya dibatalkan, seorang anggota baru hendaklah secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan dilantik untuk menggantikan anggota itu dan anggota yang dilantik itu hendaklah memegang jawatan bagi baki tempoh pelantikan anggota yang digantinya itu.
