s 25 Renewal of registration
(1) Subject to such conditions as may be determined by the Board, the certificate of registration issued to a Professional Technologist or Certified Technician may be renewed upon its expiry.
(2) The application for renewal shall be made to the Board in such manner as determined by the Board and be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(3) If a Professional Technologist or Certified Technician fails to renew his registration after twelve months from the date of expiry of the certificate of registration, he shall not apply for renewal of registration under this section but instead apply for registration under section 21 or 22, as the case may be.

Pembaharuan pendaftaran
(1) Tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga, perakuan pendaftaran yang dikeluarkan kepada Teknologis Profesional atau Juruteknik Bertauliah boleh diperbaharui setelah perakuan pendaftaran itu tamat tempoh.
(2) Permohonan bagi pembaharuan hendaklah dibuat kepada Lembaga mengikut apa-apa cara sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga dan disertakan dengan fi yang ditetapkan.
(3) Jika Teknologis Profesional atau Juruteknik Bertauliah tidak membaharui pendaftarannya selepas dua belas bulan dari tarikh tamat tempoh perakuan pendaftaran itu, dia tidak boleh memohon bagi pembaharuan pendaftaran itu di bawah seksyen ini tetapi sebaliknya hendaklah memohon bagi pendaftaran di bawah seksyen 21 atau 22, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
