s 24 Certificate of registration
(1) The Registrar shall, upon receipt of the prescribed fee, issue to a person whose application for registration has been approved by the Board a certificate of registration in the form to be determined by the Board.
(2) Every certificate of registration, except the certificate of registration issued to a Graduate Technologist or a Qualified Technician, shall, subject to this Act, expire one year from the date the registration was approved under subsection 21(4) or 22(4), as the case may be.
(3) In any proceedings, a certificate of registration shall be conclusive proof that the person named in it is a registered person.

Perakuan pendaftaran
(1) Pendaftar hendaklah, selepas penerimaan fi yang ditetapkan, mengeluarkan kepada orang yang permohonan bagi pendaftaran telah diluluskan oleh Lembaga suatu perakuan pendaftaran dalam bentuk yang akan ditentukan oleh Lembaga.
(2) Tiap-tiap perakuan pendaftaran, kecuali perakuan pendaftaran yang dikeluarkan kepada seseorang Teknologis Berijazah atau Juruteknik Berkelayakan, hendaklah, tertakluk kepada Akta ini, tamat tempoh satu tahun dari tarikh pendaftaran diluluskan di bawah subseksyen 21(4) atau 22(4), mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
(3) Dalam apa-apa prosiding, perakuan pendaftaran hendaklah menjadi bukti muktamad bahawa orang yang dinamakan dalam perakuan pendaftaran itu ialah orang berdaftar.
