An application for registration shall be made to the Board in such manner as may be determined by the Board and be accompanied by the prescribed fee.

Suatu permohonan bagi pendaftaran hendaklah dibuat kepada Lembaga mengikut apa-apa cara sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga dan disertakan dengan fi yang ditetapkan.
