s 28 Removal from Register
(1) The Board shall order the removal from the Register the name and other particulars of—
(a) a registered person who has died;
(b) a Professional Technologist or Certified Technician who has failed to renew his registration under section 25; or
(c) a registered person whose registration has been cancelled.
(2) Where the removal from the Register is made under paragraph
(1)(b) or (c), the Board shall by registered post notify the registered person in writing of the order of removal within seven days of the making of the order.

Pemotongan daripada Daftar
(1) Lembaga hendaklah memerintahkan pemotongan daripada Daftar bagi nama dan butir-butir lain—
(a) orang berdaftar yang telah meninggal dunia;
(b) Teknologis Profesional atau Juruteknik Bertauliah yang tidak membaharui pendaftarannya di bawah seksyen 25; atau
(c) orang berdaftar yang pendaftarannya telah dibatalkan.
(2) Jika pemotongan daripada Daftar dibuat di bawah perenggan
(1)(b) atau (c), Lembaga hendaklah melalui pos berdaftar memberitahu orang berdaftar secara bertulis mengenai perintah pemotongan itu dalam masa tujuh hari perintah itu dibuat.
