Technologists and Technicians Act 2015 s 29
A registered person whose name is removed from the Register shall, within fourteen days of the date of receipt of notification of the removal, surrender to the Board the certificate of registration issued to him under this Act.
Perakuan hendaklah dikembalikan
Orang berdaftar yang namanya dipotong daripada Daftar hendaklah, dalam masa empat belas hari dari tarikh penerimaan pemberitahuan pemotongan itu, menyerahkan balik kepada Lembaga perakuan pendaftaran yang dikeluarkan kepadanya di bawah Akta ini.
