s 42 Appeal Board
For the purpose of this Part, there shall be constituted an Appeal Board consisting of a Chairman and two other persons who each has a minimum of ten years’ experience in the field of technology appointed by the Minister.

Lembaga Rayuan
Bagi maksud Bahagian ini, maka hendaklah ditubuhkan suatu Lembaga Rayuan yang terdiri daripada seorang Pengerusi dan dua orang lain yang setiap seorang mempunyai minimum sepuluh tahun pengalaman dalam bidang teknologi yang dilantik oleh Menteri.
