Technologists and Technicians Act 2015 s 43
A member of the Appeal Board shall, unless he resigns or vacates his office or his appointment is revoked, hold office for such term as may be specified in the instrument appointing him and shall be eligible for reappointment.
Tempoh jawatan anggota Lembaga Rayuan
Seseorang anggota Lembaga Rayuan hendaklah, melainkan jika dia meletakkan atau mengosongkan jawatannya atau pelantikannya dibatalkan, memegang jawatan bagi tempoh sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam surat cara yang melantiknya dan hendaklah layak untuk dilantik semula.
