s 44 Appeal
(1) An appeal against an order of the Board shall be made by way of notice in writing to the Appeal Board and a copy of the notice shall be sent to the President of the Board.
(2) Upon receipt of the copy of the notice of appeal, the President of the Board or in the absence of the President, the member delegated by the President shall cause to be prepared and sent to the Chairman of the Appeal Board the records or a summary of the records of the proceedings of the Board and a statement setting out the grounds on which the Board arrived at its decision.
(3) Upon receiving the records or summary of the records and the statement of the grounds of the decision of the Board, the Chairman of the Appeal Board shall convene a meeting of the Appeal Board to hear the appeal.
(4) The Appeal Board after hearing the appeal may confirm, vary or reverse the decision of the Board.
(5) The decision of the Appeal Board shall be final.

Rayuan
(1) Rayuan terhadap perintah Lembaga hendaklah dibuat melalui notis secara bertulis kepada Lembaga Rayuan dan suatu salinan notis itu hendaklah dihantar kepada Presiden Lembaga.
(2) Selepas menerima salinan notis rayuan itu, Presiden Lembaga atau semasa ketiadaan Presiden, anggota yang diwakilkan oleh Presiden hendaklah menyebabkan supaya disediakan dan dihantarkan kepada Pengerusi Lembaga Rayuan rekod atau ringkasan rekod prosiding Lembaga dan suatu penyata yang menyatakan alasan yang berdasarkannya Lembaga membuat keputusannya.
(3) Selepas menerima rekod atau ringkasan rekod dan penyataan alasan bagi keputusan Lembaga, Pengerusi Lembaga Rayuan hendaklah mengadakan mesyuarat Lembaga Rayuan untuk mendengar rayuan.
(4) Lembaga Rayuan selepas mendengar rayuan boleh mengesahkan, mengubah atau mengakaskan keputusan Lembaga.
(5) Keputusan Lembaga Rayuan adalah muktamad.
