s 47 Indemnity
No action or proceeding shall be instituted or maintained in any court against the Board, Appeal Board, Investigating Committee, council or committee appointed by the Board or any member of the Board, Appeal Board, Investigating Committee, council or committee or any person authorized to act for or on behalf of the Board for any act or omission done in good faith in the discharge of any of its or his functions, powers and duties under this Act or any regulations made under this Act.

Indemniti
Tiada tindakan atau prosiding boleh dimulakan atau dikekalkan di mana-mana mahkamah terhadap Lembaga, Lembaga Rayuan, Jawatankuasa Penyiasat, majlis atau jawatankuasa yang dilantik oleh Lembaga atau mana-mana anggota Lembaga, Lembaga Rayuan, Jawatankuasa Penyiasat, majlis atau jawatankuasa atau mana-mana orang yang diberi kuasa untuk bertindak bagi atau bagi pihak Lembaga bagi apa-apa perbuatan atau peninggalan yang dilakukan dengan suci hati dalam menunaikan mana-mana fungsi, kuasa dan kewajipannya di bawah Akta ini atau mana-mana peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini.
