Technologists and Technicians Act 2015 s 48
All members of the Board, Appeal Board, Investigating Committee and members of the council, committee and any employees and agents of the Board while discharging their duties under this Act as such members, employees or agents, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].
Pekhidmat awam
Semua anggota Lembaga, Lembaga Rayuan, Jawatankuasa Penyiasat dan anggota majlis, jawatankuasa dan mana-mana pekerja dan ejen Lembaga semasa menunaikan kewajipan mereka di bawah Akta ini sebagai anggota, pekerja atau ejen sedemikian, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
