Every person remanded in custody under section 4 shall, if not sooner released, as soon as possible be brought before an Inquiry Officer.

Tiap-tiap orang yang direman dalam jagaan di bawah seksyen 4 hendaklah, jika tidak dilepaskan terlebih dahulu, seberapa segera yang boleh dibawa di hadapan seorang Pegawai Siasatan.
