Nothing in the foregoing provisions of this Part shall prejudice the exercise of the functions conferred (whether by regulations made under this Part or otherwise) on the Judge Advocate General of considering and reporting on the proceedings of courts-martial or any other functions so conferred on him in relation to such courts. Tiada apa-apa jua dalam peruntukan terdahulu yang disebut dalam Bahagian ini boleh memudaratkan penjalanan fungsi yang diberikan (sama ada melalui peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Bahagian ini atau selainnya) kepada Ketua Hakim Peguam bagi menimbangkan dan melaporkan prosiding mahkamah tentera atau apaapa fungsi lain yang diberikan sedemikian kepadanya berhubung dengan mahkamah itu.
