s 15 Regulations governing commissioning, etc., of officers
The Armed Forces Council with the approval of the Yang di- Pertuan Agong may make regulations including regulations providing for matters which may be issued by Perintah Majlis Angkatan Tentera governing the commissioning and appointment of officers, their terms of service, including the absorption, attachment and secondment of any officer to any body, force or service, promotion, advancement in rank, retirement, resignation, dismissal and such other matters as the Armed Forces Council may think necessary or expedient for the better carrying into effect the provisions of this Part.

Peraturan-peraturan berkenaan dengan pentauliahan, dsb., pegawai
Majlis Angkatan Tentera, dengan kelulusan Yang di-Pertuan Agong, boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan termasuk peraturanperaturan yang memperuntukkan perkara yang boleh dikeluarkan melalui Perintah Majlis Angkatan Tentera berkenaan dengan pentauliahan dan pelantikan pegawai, terma perkhidmatan mereka, termasuk penyerapan, pertugasan dan peminjaman mana-mana pegawai kepada mana-mana badan, angkatan atau perkhidmatan, kenaikan pangkat, persaraan, peletakan jawatan, pembuangan kerja dan apa-apa perkara lain sebagaimana yang difikirkan perlu atau suai manfaat oleh Majlis Angkatan Tentera bagi melaksanakan dengan lebih sempurna peruntukan Bahagian ini.
