Armed Forces Act 1972 s 152
Any finding, sentence, determination or other thing required by this Act to be promulgated shall be promulgated either by being communicated to the accused or in such other manner as the confirming officer or the reviewing authority, as the case may be, may direct.
Perisytiharan
Apa-apa dapatan, hukuman, penentuan atau perkara lain yang dikehendaki oleh Akta ini supaya diisytiharkan hendaklah diisytiharkan sama ada dengan diberitahu kepada tertuduh itu atau mengikut apa-apa cara lain yang diarahkan oleh pegawai pengesah atau pihak berkuasa kajian semula itu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
