The Commission may, from time to time, employ such number of employees as the Commission thinks desirable and necessary and upon such terms as it considers appropriate.

Suruhanjaya boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, mengambil kerja apaapa bilangan pekerja yang difikirkan sesuai dan perlu oleh Suruhanjaya dan atas apa-apa terma yang difikirkannya sesuai.
