s 26 Expenditure to be charged on the Fund
The Fund shall be expended for the purposes of—
(a) paying any expenditure lawfully incurred by the Commission except for expenditure to be paid from the Public Service Fund under section 27;
(b) paying for the remuneration, allowances and other expenses of the members of the Commission, members of the committees and employees of the Commission;
(c) paying any other expenses, costs or expenditure in relation to the procurement of goods and services, including the engagement of consultants, legal fees and costs and other fees and costs properly incurred or accepted by the Commission in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers under this Act, but excluding expenditure to be paid from the Public Service Fund under section 27;
(d) acquiring land and other assets, and erecting buildings, and carrying out any other undertakings in the
performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers under this Act;
(e) repaying any moneys borrowed under section 30 and the interest due on the borrowed moneys; and
(f) generally paying any expenses for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.

Perbelanjaan yang hendaklah dipertanggungkan pada Kumpulan Wang
Kumpulan Wang hendaklah dibelanjakan bagi maksud―
(a) membayar apa-apa perbelanjaan yang dilakukan secara sah oleh Suruhanjaya kecuali perbelanjaan yang hendak dibayar daripada Kumpulan Wang Perkhidmatan Awam di bawah seksyen 27;
(b) membayar saraan, elaun dan belanja lain anggota Suruhanjaya, anggota jawatankuasa dan pekerja Suruhanjaya;
(c) membayar apa-apa belanja, kos atau perbelanjaan lain berhubung dengan pemerolehan barangan dan perkhidmatan, termasuklah pengambilan khidmat perunding, fi dan kos guaman dan fi dan kos lain yang dilakukan atau diterima dengan sepatutnya oleh Suruhanjaya dalam pelaksanaan fungsinya atau penjalanan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini, tetapi tidak termasuk perbelanjaan yang hendak dibayar daripada Kumpulan Wang Perkhidmatan Awam di bawah seksyen 27;
(d) memperoleh tanah dan aset lain, dan mendirikan bangunan, dan menjalankan apa-apa pengusahaan lain dalam pelaksanaan fungsinya atau penjalanan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini;
(e) membayar balik apa-apa wang yang dipinjam di bawah seksyen 30 dan bunga yang kena dibayar atas wang yang dipinjam itu; dan
(f) secara amnya membayar apa-apa belanja bagi melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini.
