s 63 Aviation service market review
(1) The Commission may, on its own initiative or upon the request of the Minister, conduct a review into any aviation service market in order to determine whether any feature or combination of features of the market prevents, restricts or distorts competition in the market.
(2) The aviation service market review includes a study into—
(a) the structure of the aviation service market concerned;
(b) the conduct of enterprises in the aviation service market;
(c) the conduct of suppliers and consumers to the enterprises in the aviation service market; or
(d) any other relevant matters.
(3) Upon conclusion of the aviation service market review, the Commission shall publish a report of its findings and recommendations.
(4) The report of the Commission shall be made available to the public.

Kajian semula pasaran perkhidmatan penerbangan
(1) Suruhanjaya boleh, atas inisiatifnya sendiri atau atas permintaan Menteri, menjalankan suatu kajian semula ke atas manamana pasaran perkhidmatan penerbangan untuk menentukan sama ada apa-apa ciri atau gabungan ciri pasaran itu menghalang, menyekat atau mengganggu persaingan dalam pasaran itu.
(2) Kajian semula pasaran perkhidmatan penerbangan itu termasuklah kajian semula terhadap—
(a) struktur pasaran perkhidmatan penerbangan yang berkenaan;
(b) perlakuan perusahaan dalam pasaran perkhidmatan penerbangan;
(c) perlakuan pembekal dan pengguna kepada perusahaan dalam pasaran perkhidmatan penerbangan; atau
(d) apa-apa perkara berkaitan yang lain.
(3) Apabila selesai kajian semula pasaran perkhidmatan penerbangan itu, Suruhanjaya hendaklah menyiarkan laporan mengenai dapatan dan syornya.
(4) Laporan Suruhanjaya itu hendaklah dijadikan tersedia kepada orang awam.
