(1) Any person who suffers loss or damage directly as a result of an infringement of any prohibition under this Part shall have a right of action for relief in civil proceedings in a court under this section against any enterprise which is or which has at the material time been a party to such infringement. (2) The action may be brought by any person referred to in subsection (1) regardless of whether such person dealt directly or indirectly with the enterprise.
Hak tindakan persendirian
(1) Mana-mana orang yang mengalami kehilangan atau kerugian secara langsung akibat suatu pelanggaran mana-mana larangan di bawah Bahagian ini mempunyai hak tindakan bagi relief dalam prosiding sivil dalam mahkamah di bawah seksyen ini terhadap mana-mana perusahaan yang adalah atau pada masa material itu menjadi suatu pihak kepada pelanggaran itu. (2) Tindakan boleh dibawa oleh mana-mana orang yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) tanpa mengira sama ada orang itu berurusan secara langsung atau tidak langsung dengan perusahaan itu.
