Any unpaid financial penalty under section 69 or costs imposed under section 71 may be sued for and recovered as a civil debt due to the Commission and in addition, the High Court may order for a payment of a penalty for late payment up to an amount equivalent to twice the amount of the financial penalty or costs unpaid and costs of recovering the amount including any costs of legal proceedings.
Pemerdapatan kembali penalti kewangan atau kos yang tidak dibayar
Apa-apa penalti kewangan di bawah seksyen 69 atau kos yang dikenakan di bawah seksyen 71 yang tidak dibayar boleh dibawa guaman terhadapnya dan didapatkan kembali sebagai hutang sivil yang kena dibayar kepada Suruhanjaya dan sebagai tambahan, Mahkamah Tinggi boleh memerintahkan suatu pembayaran penalti bagi pembayaran lewat sehingga suatu amaun yang bersamaan dengan sekali ganda amaun penalti kewangan atau kos yang tidak dibayar dan kos untuk mendapatkan kembali amaun itu termasuk apa-apa kos prosiding undang-undang.
