s 73 Enforcement of decisions on consumer complaint
(1) A decision given by the Commission under this Part, upon application to the High Court to be registered as a judgment of the High Court, shall be enforced as such.
(2) In the case where a decision of the Commission is in favour of the consumer and the person against whom the decision was made fails to comply with the decision within thirty days from the date of decision, the Commission may, if the Commission thinks appropriate, bring the matter to the High Court on behalf of the consumer for an order requiring such person to comply with the decision.

Penguatkuasaan keputusan mengenai aduan pengguna
(1) Suatu keputusan yang diberikan oleh Suruhanjaya di bawah Bahagian ini, atas permohonan kepada Mahkamah Tinggi untuk didaftarkan sebagai penghakiman Mahkamah Tinggi, hendaklah dikuatkuasakan sebagai sedemikian.
(2) Dalam hal jika keputusan Suruhanjaya berpihak kepada pengguna dan orang yang terhadapnya keputusan itu dibuat tidak mematuhi keputusan itu dalam masa tiga puluh hari dari tarikh keputusan itu, Suruhanjaya boleh, jika difikirkan sesuai, membawa perkara itu ke Mahkamah Tinggi bagi pihak pengguna itu
mendapatkan suatu perintah yang menghendaki orang itu mematuhi keputusan itu.
