Malaysian Aviation Commission Act 2015 s 74

(1) Any dispute between two or more providers of aviation services regarding any matter under this Act shall first be resolved through mediation. (2) Notwithstanding any provision in the Mediation Act 2012 [Act 749] to the contrary, the parties shall resolve the dispute through mediation within a period of thirty days or such longer period as the Commission may approve which shall not exceed sixty days.
Pertikaian
(1) Apa-apa pertikaian antara dua penyedia perkhidmatan penerbangan atau lebih berkenaan dengan apa-apa perkara di bawah Akta ini hendaklah terlebih dahulu diselesaikan melalui pengantaraan. (2) Walau apa pun mana-mana peruntukan dalam Akta Pengantaraan 2012 [Akta 749] yang berlawanan, pihak-pihak hendaklah menyelesaikan pertikaian itu melalui pengantaraan dalam tempoh tiga puluh hari atau apa-apa tempoh yang lebih lama yang diluluskan oleh Suruhanjaya yang tidak boleh melebihi enam puluh hari.
