s 75 Commission to decide on disputes
If the parties to the dispute fail to resolve the dispute through mediation within the time specified under subsection 74(2), the Commission shall commence to decide on the dispute.

Suruhanjaya hendaklah membuat keputusan mengenai pertikaian
Jika pihak-pihak kepada pertikaian itu tidak dapat menyelesaikan pertikaian itu melalui pengantaraan dalam masa yang dinyatakan di bawah subseksyen 74(2), Suruhanjaya hendaklah mula untuk memutuskan pertikaian itu.
