(1) The terms and conditions of any resolution of a dispute by the Commission shall be in writing and shall contain reasons for such decision. (2) The Commission shall provide the parties to the dispute with a copy of its decision as soon as practicable.
Keputusan hendaklah secara bertulis
(1) Terma dan syarat apa-apa penyelesaian sesuatu pertikaian oleh Suruhanjaya hendaklah secara bertulis dan hendaklah mengandungi sebab-sebab bagi keputusan itu. (2) Suruhanjaya hendaklah memberikan salinan keputusannya kepada pihak-pihak kepada pertikaian itu secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan.
