(1) A decision given by the Commission, upon application to the High Court to be registered as a judgment of the High Court, shall be enforced as such. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), if the High Court finds that a person referred to in the decision has failed to comply with the decision, the High Court shall make an order requiring such person to comply with the decision.
Penguatkuasaan keputusan
(1) Suatu keputusan yang diberikan oleh Suruhanjaya, atas permohonan kepada Mahkamah Tinggi untuk didaftarkan sebagai penghakiman Mahkamah Tinggi, hendaklah dikuatkuasakan sebagai sedemikian. (2) Bagi maksud subseksyen (1), jika Mahkamah Tinggi mendapati orang yang disebut dalam keputusan itu tidak mematuhi keputusan itu, Mahkamah Tinggi hendaklah membuat suatu perintah yang menghendaki orang itu mematuhi keputusan itu.
