(1) The Commission may in writing authorize any officer of the Commission to exercise the powers of enforcement under this Act. (2) In exercising any of the powers of enforcement under this Act, an authorized officer shall on demand produce to the person against whom he is acting the authority issued to him by the Commission.
Pegawai diberi kuasa
(1) Suruhanjaya boleh secara bertulis memberi kuasa manamana pegawai Suruhanjaya untuk menjalankan kuasa penguatkuasaan di bawah Akta ini. (2) Dalam menjalankan mana-mana kuasa penguatkuasaan di bawah Akta ini, seseorang pegawai diberi kuasa hendaklah apabila diminta mengemukakan kepada orang yang terhadapnya dia bertindak kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh Suruhanjaya.
