(1) The Commission may, at any time, carry out or appoint an auditor to carry out an audit on any aspect of the civil aviation industry including airport operations and related services. (2) The Commission shall, as soon as possible, send a copy of the auditors’ report to the Minister and the Minister shall cause the same to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
Audit industri penerbangan awam
(1) Suruhanjaya boleh, pada bila-bila masa, menjalankan atau melantik seorang juruaudit untuk menjalankan suatu audit ke atas mana-mana aspek industri penerbangan awam termasuklah pengendalian lapangan terbang dan perkhidmatan yang berkaitan. (2) Suruhanjaya hendaklah, secepat yang mungkin, menghantar suatu salinan laporan juruaudit kepada Menteri dan Menteri hendaklah menyebabkan laporan itu dibentangkan di hadapan kedua-dua Majlis Parlimen.
