s 88 Appeals to the High Court
(1) Any person or body aggrieved by any decision of the Commission under Part VII, may, at any time within the period of three months beginning from the date on which the decision was communicated to him, appeal to the High Court.
(2) Any such appeal shall be made in accordance with the provisions of any written law for the time being in force relating to civil procedure; and the High Court shall make such order as it considers just.
(3) In this section, “decision” includes any act, omission, refusal, direction or order.

Rayuan kepada Mahkamah Tinggi
(1) Mana-mana orang atau badan yang terkilan dengan manamana keputusan Suruhanjaya di bawah Bahagian VII boleh, pada bilabila masa dalam tempoh tiga bulan bermula dari tarikh dia diberitahu tentang keputusan itu, merayu kepada Mahkamah Tinggi.
(2) Apa-apa rayuan itu hendaklah dibuat mengikut peruntukan mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang berkuat kuasa pada masa itu yang berhubungan dengan tatacara sivil; dan Mahkamah Tinggi hendaklah membuat apa-apa perintah yang difikirkannya adil.
(3) Dalam seksyen ini, “keputusan” termasuklah apa-apa perbuatan, peninggalan, keengganan, arahan atau perintah.
