s 94 Obligation of secrecy
(1) Except for any of the purposes of this Act or for the purposes of any civil or criminal proceedings under any written law or where otherwise authorized by the Commission–
(a) no member of the Commission or any of its committees or any employee or agent of the Commission or any person attending any meeting of the Commission or any of its committees, whether during or after his tenure of office or employment, shall disclose any information obtained by him in the course of his duties and which is not published in pursuance of this Act or the Civil Aviation Act 1969; and
(b) no other person who has by any means access to any information or document relating to the affairs of the Commission shall disclose such information or document.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one million ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.

Obligasi kerahsiaan
(1) Kecuali bagi apa-apa maksud Akta ini atau bagi maksud apa-apa prosiding sivil atau jenayah di bawah mana-mana undangundang bertulis atau jika selainnya dibenarkan oleh Suruhanjaya—
(a) tiada anggota Suruhanjaya atau mana-mana jawatankuasanya atau mana-mana pekerja atau ejen Suruhanjaya atau mana-mana orang yang menghadiri mana-mana mesyuarat Suruhanjaya atau mana-mana jawatankuasanya, sama ada semasa atau selepas tempoh jawatannya atau pekerjaannya, boleh menzahirkan apaapa maklumat yang didapatinya dalam penjalanan kewajipannya dan yang tidak disiarkan menurut Akta ini atau Akta Penerbangan Awam 1969; dan
(b) tiada seorang lain pun yang melalui apa-apa cara mempunyai akses kepada apa-apa maklumat atau dokumen yang berhubungan dengan hal ehwal Suruhanjaya boleh menzahirkan maklumat atau dokumen itu.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi satu juta ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi lima tahun atau kedua-duanya.
