All members of the Commission and any of its committees, and employees or agents of the Commission, while discharging their duties under this Act as such members, employees or agents, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].
Pekhidmat awam dan pegawai awam
Semua anggota Suruhanjaya dan mana-mana jawatankuasanya, dan pekerja atau ejen Suruhanjaya, semasa menunaikan kewajipan mereka di bawah Akta ini sebagai anggota, pekerja atau ejen sedemikian, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
