Animal Welfare Act 2015 s 18

s 18 Duration of licence

A licence issued or renewed under this Act shall remain in force for a period of five years from the date of its issuance or renewal, unless— (a) the Board specifies any shorter period in the licence; (b) the licence is suspended or revoked; (c) the licensee is barred from holding the licence; or (d) the licensee is disqualified under section 52.

Sesuatu lesen yang dikeluarkan atau diperbaharui di bawah Akta ini hendaklah berkuat kuasa selama tempoh lima tahun daripada tarikh pengeluaran atau pembaharuannya, melainkan jika— (a) Lembaga menyatakan apa-apa tempoh yang lebih pendek dalam lesen itu; (b) lesen itu digantung atau dibatalkan; (c) pemegang lesen dihalang daripada memegang lesen; atau (d) pemegang lesen itu hilang kelayakan di bawah seksyen 52.
