s 19 Renewal of licence
(1) A licensee may apply for a renewal of his licence not later than sixty days before the date of expiry of the licence in any form and manner as may be determined by the Board.
(2) A licensee shall furnish to the Board any information as the Board considers necessary and relevant to the application.
(3) The Board may, after receiving an application for a renewal of licence under subsection (1), renew the licence or refuse to renew the licence.
(4) Where an application for a renewal of licence is approved by the Board, the licence shall be renewed upon payment of the prescribed fee and the Board may impose such terms and conditions as the Board considers necessary.

Pembaharuan lesen
(1) Seseorang pemegang lesen boleh memohon untuk memperbaharui lesennya tidak lewat daripada enam puluh hari sebelum tarikh habis tempoh lesen itu dalam apa-apa bentuk dan mengikut cara yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga.
(2) Seseorang pemegang lesen hendaklah memberikan kepada Lembaga apa-apa maklumat yang difikirkan oleh Lembaga perlu dan berkaitan bagi permohonan itu.
(3) Lembaga boleh, apabila menerima suatu permohonan bagi pembaharuan lesen di bawah subseksyen (1), memperbaharui lesen atau menolak untuk memperbaharui lesen itu.
(4) Jika suatu permohonan untuk suatu pembaharuan lesen diluluskan oleh Lembaga, lesen itu hendaklah diperbaharui apabila dibayar fi yang ditetapkan dan Lembaga boleh mengenakan apa-apa terma dan syarat sebagaimana yang difikirkannya perlu.
