(1) The Council may, from time to time, establish a Disciplinary Authority.
(2) The Disciplinary Authority shall consist of the following members, not being persons appointed under subsection 26(2):
(a) a member of the Council who shall be the chairman; and
(b) s u c h o t h e r m e m b e r s f r o m a m o n g s t r e g i s t e r e d practitioners.
(3) Where the Investigating Committee recommends to the Disciplinary Authority to inquire into any complaint or information received against a registered practitioner, or any disciplinary matters that may be inquired into by the Council, the Disciplinary Authority shall inquire into such complaint, information or any disciplinary matters.
(4) The Disciplinary Authority shall recommend its findings to the Council for the Council’s decision.

Pihak Berkuasa Tatatertib
(1) Majlis boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, menubuhkan Pihak Berkuasa Tatatertib.
(2) Pihak Berkuasa Tatatertib hendaklah terdiri daripada anggota yang berikut, yang bukan orang yang dilantik di bawah subsekyen 26(2):
(a) anggota Majlis yang hendaklah menjadi pengerusi; dan
(b) mana-mana anggota lain daripada kalangan pengamal berdaftar.
(3) Apabila Jawatankuasa Penyiasat mengesyorkan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Tatatertib untuk menyiasat apa-apa aduan atau maklumat yang diterima terhadap pengamal berdaftar, atau apa-apa perkara tatatertib yang boleh disiasat oleh Majlis, Pihak Berkuasa Tatatertib hendaklah menyiasat aduan, maklumat atau apa-apa perkara tatatertib itu.
(4) Pihak Berkuasa Tatatertib hendaklah mengesyorkan dapatannya kepada Majlis bagi Majlis membuat keputusan.
