Allied Health Professions Act 2016 s 31
Any person whose name has been removed from the Register pursuant to an order of the Council under section 29 shall, if his appeal is allowed, be reinstated in the Register and the Registrar shall issue a certificate of registration or a temporary practising certificate, as the case may be, to him.
Kemasukan semula selepas rayuan
Mana-mana orang yang namanya telah dipotong daripada Daftar menurut suatu perintah Majlis di bawah seksyen 29 hendaklah, jika rayuannya dibenarkan, dimasukkan semula namanya ke dalam Daftar dan Pendaftar hendaklah mengeluarkan perakuan pendaftaran atau perakuan amalan sementara, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, kepadanya.
