s 17 Delegation of functions
(1) The Council may, with the approval of the Minister, in writing, subject to such conditions, limitations or restrictions, delegate any of its functions as may be appropriate to—
(a) any designated practitioner body; or
(b) any person as the Council deems fit.
(2) Any function delegated under subsection (1) shall be performed and exercised in the name and on behalf of the Council.
(3) The Council shall record all delegations, including any revocation or amendment of the delegation, in a register.
(4) The Council shall make available all such delegations to the public.
(5) A delegation under this section shall not preclude the Council itself from performing or exercising at any time of the functions so delegated.

Pewakilan fungsi
(1) Majlis boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat, had atau sekatan, mewakilkan mana-mana fungsinya sebagaimana yang sesuai secara bertulis kepada—
(a) mana-mana badan pengamal ditetapkan; atau
(b) mana-mana orang yang difikirkan layak oleh Majlis.
(2) Apa-apa fungsi yang diwakilkan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah dilaksanakan dan dijalankan atas nama dan bagi pihak Majlis.
(3) Majlis hendaklah merekodkan semua pewakilan fungsi, termasuk apa-apa pembatalan atau pindaan pewakilan, dalam suatu daftar.
(4) Majlis hendaklah menyediakan perkara tentang semua pewakilan yang dibuat untuk orang awam.
(5) Pewakilan di bawah seksyen ini tidak menghalang Majlis daripada melaksanakan atau menjalankan sendiri pada bila-bila masa fungsi yang diwakilkan sedemikian.
