Traditional and Complementary Medicine Act 2016 s 18
(1) For the purposes of this Act, the Secretary to the Council shall be the Registrar. (2) The Registrar shall be assisted by such number of officers as may be necessary for the performance of his functions and duties. (3) The Council may appoint a person to act as a Registrar during the absence from Malaysia or incapacity from illness or otherwise of the Registrar.
Pendaftar
(1) Bagi maksud Akta ini, Setiausaha Majlis hendaklah menjadi Pendaftar. (2) Pendaftar hendaklah dibantu oleh apa-apa bilangan pegawai sebagaimana yang perlu bagi pelaksanaan fungsi dan tugasnya. (3) Majlis boleh melantik seseorang untuk bertindak sebagai Pendaftar semasa Pendaftar tiada di Malaysia atau tidak berkeupayaan kerana sakit atau selainnya.
