s 38 Appeal against orders of the Council
(1) Any registered practitioner who is aggrieved by any order made in respect of him by the Council in the exercise of its disciplinary jurisdiction, may appeal to the High Court, and the High Court may thereupon affirm, reverse or vary the order appealed against or may give such direction in the matter as it thinks proper; the cost of the appeal shall be at the discretion of the High Court.
(2) Subject to subsection (3), the practice in relation to any such appeal shall be subject to the rules of court applicable in the High Court.
(3) The High Court shall not have the power to hear any appeal against an order made under section 37 unless a notice of such appeal was given within one month of the service of the order in the prescribed manner.

Rayuan terhadap perintah Majlis
(1) Mana-mana pengamal berdaftar yang terkilan dengan mana-mana perintah yang dibuat berkenaan dengannya oleh Majlis pada menjalankan bidang kuasa tatatertib Majlis, boleh merayu kepada Mahkamah Tinggi dan Mahkamah Tinggi boleh selepas itu mengesahkan, mengakas atau mengubah perintah yang dirayui itu atau boleh memberi apa-apa arahan dalam perkara itu sebagaimana yang difikirkan patut oleh Mahkamah Tinggi; kos rayuan itu hendaklah mengikut budi bicara Mahkamah Tinggi.
(2) Tertakluk kepada subseksyen (3), amalan berhubung dengan apa-apa rayuan sedemikian hendaklah tertakluk kepada kaedahkaedah mahkamah yang terpakai bagi Mahkamah Tinggi.
(3) Mahkamah Tinggi tidak mempunyai kuasa untuk mendengar apa-apa rayuan terhadap perintah yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 37 melainkan jika notis rayuan itu diberikan dalam tempoh satu bulan dari penyampaian perintah itu mengikut cara yang ditetapkan.
