s 22 Exclusion and evacuation of persons
(1) The Director of Operations may, by order in writing, exclude any person from the security area or any part of the security area for a period as specified in the order.
(2) The Director of Operations may, by order in writing, evacuate any person or group of persons from the security area or any part of the security area, and resettle such person or group of persons to an area as determined by the Director of Operations.
(3) Any person who fails to comply with the order under subsection (1) or (2) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.

Penahanan masuk dan pemindahan orang
(1) Pengarah Operasi boleh, melalui perintah bertulis, menahan masuk mana-mana orang ke kawasan keselamatan atau mana-mana bahagian kawasan keselamatan bagi suatu tempoh sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam perintah itu.
(2) Pengarah Operasi boleh, melalui perintah bertulis, memindahkan mana-mana orang atau kumpulan orang dari kawasan keselamatan atau mana-mana bahagian kawasan keselamatan, dan menempatkan semula orang itu atau kumpulan orang itu ke suatu kawasan sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Pengarah Operasi.
(3) Mana-mana orang yang tidak mematuhi perintah di bawah subseksyen (1) atau (2) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun atau kedua-duanya.
